Dalam hal performa, iCar 03 ditenagai oleh motor listrik bertenaga 135 kW atau setara dengan 184 hp, dan tersedia dalam dua varian: penggerak roda belakang (RWD) dan penggerak empat roda (AWD). Varian AWD mendapatkan tambahan motor di bagian depan untuk memberikan tenaga ekstra. Mobil ini menggunakan baterai lithium iron phosphate (LFP) dari CATL dengan tiga pilihan jarak tempuh, yaitu 401 km, 472 km, dan 501 km, bergantung pada kapasitas baterai yang digunakan (50,6 kWh, 65,7 kWh, atau 69,8 kWh).
