8 butir bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
3 buah cabai merah
5 buah cabai rawit (bisa disesuaikan selera)

Cara Membuat:
Lepas kepala cumi, bersihkan tinta dan buang bagian tengahnya. Lepas kulit cumi, iris berbentuk cincin. Lumuri dengan jeruk nipis, diamkan selama 10 menit. Cuci bersih kembali.
Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, aduk-aduk.
Masukkan cumi dan tumis hingga daging terasa kaku.
Tambahkan air, masak hingga air menyusut dan daging cumi-cumi empuk.
Tambahkan gula dan garam sesuai selera Anda.
Sesaat sebelum diangkat, tambahkan daun kemangi.
