Bahan :
2 buah labu siam, potong bentuk korek api.
250 gr kacang panjang, potong sedang.
1 papan tempe, potong dadu.
3 buah kentang, potong dadu.
1 bungkus bihun soun (opsional).
3 lembar daun salam.
2 batang daun serai, keprek.
300 ml santan dari setengah butir kelapa.
1/4 sdt lada bubuk.
2 sdt garam.
1 bulat kecil gula Jawa.
Minyak secukupnya.
Bawang goreng (opsional).
Telur ayam.
Bumbu halus:
6 butir bawang putih.
10 butir bawang merah.
3 butir kemiri.
1,5 cm jahe.
2,5 cm kunyit.
1 ruas jari lengkuas.
1 sdt ketumbar bubuk.
Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan minyak, lalu tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi dan tanak.
2. Masukkan daun salam dan serai. Masak lagi hingga wangi.
3. Masukkan tempe, kentang, dan kacang panjang, aduk merata.
4. Tuang santan, gula jawa, dan garam bertahap supaya tidak keasinan.
5. Setelah air mendidih, masukkan labu siam dan bihun soun (opsional).
6. Masak hingga matang sambil dikoreksi kembali rasanya.
7. Sajikan sayur labu siam bersama ketupat.
