Bahan Kuah GulMer :
200 gram gula merah

Secukupnya garam
1 bungkus santan instant
Secukupnya es batu.
Cara :
1. Buat jelly : nutrijel + 2 sdm gula pasir + air, masak sampai mendidih, matikan api. Biarkan 3 menit, masukkan pasta pandan, dan tambahkan pewarna hijau bila perlu, aduk rata, dinginkan. Serut dengan serutan kelapa muda, sisihkan.
