Sambal ini diracik dengan cabai rawit, tomat, terasi, dan bumbu rahasia lainnya yang menghasilkan rasa pedas segar yang memanjakan lidah. Bumbu plecing ini kemudian disiram di atas sate panas, menciptakan perpaduan rasa gurih, pedas, dan sedikit asam yang sangat nikmat. Sensasi pedas dari sambal ini menjadi daya tarik tersendiri bagi para pecinta kuliner pedas.
Tidak hanya sate, warung ini juga menyediakan berbagai hidangan pelengkap seperti sayur urap dan nasi campur yang menambah kelezatan pengalaman makan di sini. Dengan suasana warung yang sederhana namun hangat, Sate Plecing Cik Gin berhasil mempertahankan cita rasa tradisional Bali selama lebih dari empat dekade.
