Perpaduan cendol yang kenyal dengan santan kelapa yang gurih membuat minuman ini banyak digemari. Nah, kali ini kita akan membuat es cendol dengan durian, si "raja buah" yang memiliki aroma dan rasa khas.
Bahan-bahan Untuk Cendol :
100 gram tepung beras halus
50 gram tepung sagu tani
1 liter air daun suji (didapatkan dengan merebus 200 gram daun suji dengan 1 liter air hingga air berwarna hijau)
1/2 sendok teh garam
Untuk Santan:
1/2 butir kelapa parut
1 liter air panas
1 lembar daun pandan
Sedikit garam
Untuk Durian:
200 gram daging durian, potong sesuai selera
Untuk Pelengkap:
Es batu secukupnya
Gula aren cair secukupnya
Susu kental manis secukupnya (optional)
Langkah-langkah Membuat Cendol:
1. Campur tepung beras halus, tepung sagu tani, dan garam dalam wadah.
2. Perlahan tuangkan air daun suji sambil diaduk hingga adonan menjadi kental dan tidak putus-putus.
3. Siapkan panci berisi air mendidih.
4. Bentuk adonan cendol menjadi bulatan kecil-kecil menggunakan jari telunjuk dan ibu jari, atau bisa menggunakan alat cetak cendol.
5. Rebus adonan cendol yang sudah dibentuk hingga mengapung. Angkat dan tiriskan di wadah berisi air dingin.
Membuat Santan:
1. Peras kelapa parut santan kental menggunakan santan instan atau secara tradisional.
2. Campur santan kental dengan air panas, daun pandan, dan sedikit garam.
3. Masak santan dengan api kecil sambil diaduk perlahan hingga mendidih. Angkat, saring, dan biarkan dingin.
Tips:
Untuk mendapatkan aroma daun suji yang lebih kuat, Anda bisa menambahkan beberapa lembar daun suji ke dalam panci saat merebus santan.
Jika tidak ada air daun suji, Anda bisa menggunakan pewarna makanan hijau untuk mendapatkan warna hijau pada cendol.
Anda bisa menyesuaikan jumlah gula aren cair sesuai dengan selera manis Anda.
Untuk menambah sensasi segar, Anda bisa menambahkan potongan buah nangka atau alpukat ke dalam es cendol durian.
